CONNIE'S THOUGHTS FROM THE HEART said...

Dear Sioux, It is. I sure wish that I was still able to eat this way but it is not good for me and I have to keep that in mind.

One time I thought that I wouldn't have a blog on food because I had not been able to handle it properly but everyone is not me and every one has to make their own choices.

I love to cook always have and will always love it.

So, I hope if you make anything here you like it and it will have been worth your time effort and money. connie
