CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE CAKE

GRANDMA'S KITCHEN, TASTERS WELCOME

CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE CAKE

2 Rolls chocolate chip cookie dough
2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla


Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Slice cookie dough into rounds and cover the bottom of a pan. Cream the cheese, eggs, and sugar. Add vanilla. Pour this mixture over cookie dough. Use some of the leftover cookie dough to cover top. Crumble it over the top. Bake at 300% for 1 hour. Let cool before cutting.

Wow, Mrs. Connie, when did you start this??!! You've been pretty busy over here and we never even new it! :) Boy, that cheesecake sure sounds good :D We have a recipe for an Oreo cheesecake that's also pretty good... Dear Sioux, It is. I sure wish that I was still able to eat this way but it is not good for me and I have to keep that in mind.

One time I thought that I wouldn't have a blog on food because I had not been able to handle it properly but everyone is not me and every one has to make their own choices.

I love to cook always have and will always love it.
